Love them or loathe them, the anchovy is a great topping for a pizza. Lots of health benefits too as its high in omega 3.

Step 1

Roll out the dough ball as thinly as possible

Spoon the tomato sauce onto the base taking care to get as close to the edges as possible

Step 3

Add red & yellow pepper slices and some slices mushrooms

Step 4

Sprinkle with grated mozzarella

Step 5

Place the anchovies on the pizza

Step 6

Top with black olives

Step 6

Place on a well floured paddle and pop onto the base of the outdoor oven for approx 30 seconds before turning

Step 7

Once browned evenly, remove from the oven. It will take around 1.2 minutes to cook so watch carefully

Slice and serve with fresh rocket if preferred

50g grated mozzarella
