Bergen delays

Since it’s launch in the summer, we have been inundated with orders for the Bergen stove by Nordpeis. We are delighted that this new stove has been received so enthusiastically in the market place but this success has led to delays in being able to supply enough stoves to fulfill orders on our normal 1 week lead time.
We are receiving fortnightly containers of this model from Nordpeis and are now beginning to reduce the number of customers waiting for their orders to be delivered.
Infact, we anticipate that by the middle of January we will be back in a stock situation for the Bergen.
We apologise whole-heartedly for any delays you may have experienced and thank you for your patience whilst waiting for delivery.
